During an appointment:
We will obtain a medical and ear health history, carry out an ear examination and health check and discuss these results with you. We can then offer a technique such as irrigation, manual wax removal or micro-suction to address any issues of excessive or impacted wax. If there are any other concerns, we can signpost you to the most appropriate place to get the help you need, and with your consent, we are happy to liaise with your GP if necessary.

I’m Grahame, a registered paramedic with years of frontline clinical experience and a passion for helping people feel and hear their best. After seeing how often ear‑wax issues affect comfort, confidence, and everyday communication, I trained with UK Microsuction, one of the leading providers of specialist ear‑care education in the country.
That training, combined with my paramedic background, means every appointment is grounded in safety, precision, and a calm, reassuring approach. I use modern, evidence‑based techniques — including micro‑suction — to remove ear wax gently and effectively, always prioritising your comfort and wellbeing.
